In business since 2008, Grime Fighters is still growing rapidly with an organization of over 30 full time staff plus many more seasonal contractors.  We've seen extraordinary growth so far with a focus on industry credibility and establishing long term client partnerships. 

To help guide this growth, we are looking for a proven leader who will take Grime Fighters to new heights. Someone who is passionate about motivating and coaching a group of proven managers to achieve their annual targets. This is where you come in.



The General Manager reports directly to the shareholders of the company. This key role oversees all general activities of the organization. This is a leadership role to join our rapidly growing company which has seen 25% year over year expansion, and we are not stopping!


  • Take direction from shareholders and implements annual strategic plans
  • Develop new roles in the company to facilitate growth
  • Identify market strategies for business development and implement them


  • Hire, develop and retain a competent management team
  • Fill in for daily tasks of management during sick leave or time off
  • Coach managers to achieve by analyzing monthly targets and key metrics

People and Systems Improvement

  • Have a process for finding missing systems, creating them, and then implementing them
  • Evaluate and improve existing systems



  • Align with our company H.E.R.O. values
  • Have experience leading a high performance team; (we're not picky about industry)
  • Possess a relational management style with an emphasis on coaching
  • Are systems oriented; possess the ability to identify missing systems and create them and refine existing ones 
  • Take strong ownership and accountability to results - you're self driven in all that you do
  • Completed post secondary education in a 2-4 year business administration degree
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop detailed written standard operating procedures
  • Are technologically current and an active user of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Maps)
  • Have experience with CRMs and lead generation and marketing tools an asset (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MailChimp)
  • Are high fundamental - you have the ability to manage stress and stay even keeled
